Sales Engineer in the Occitanie, Aquitaine and PACA regions
In continuing its growth and capitalizing on its position as leader of the French market, ALCEA is recruiting a Sales Engineer in the Occitanie, Aquitaine and PACA regions (in conjunction with the headquarters in the Paris region.)
For more than 20 years, ALCEA has been a French security solution designer of both hardware and software. The ALWIN supervisor drives access control, intrusion detection, video protection and electronic key management. Headquartered in Villebon (91) in the Courtabœuf corporate park. Constantly growing since its inception, ALCEA has approximately 100 employees generating €15M in revenue.
Our solutions are sold via installers and integrators and is based on recommendation: it is therefore an indirect multi-stakeholder sale.
Your aptitude to integrate into this context is vital, so having already succeeded in a similar environment is an undeniable strength. You should be able to learn the diverse profiles of interlocutors that you will naturally meet whether they be professionals who are technical (installers, business managers, maintenance or research team members) financial (buyers or property managers) or operational (security managers or site managers).
Under the Sales department’s leadership, you will be guided in your approach and understanding of the methodology of complex sales in a technical environment. Your principal missions will be to:
- Organize and actively take steps to gain prospective clients in the region in which you are assigned on targets as defined by Management.
- Generate a loyal core book of business retaining a client base notably composed of property managers and real estate investors. Following up on these existing systems will be a springboard to putting in place a strategy for winning new projects.
- Ensure sales response to different projects and calls for tenders that you have worked on or those which have been entrusted to you by Management and/or Account Manager. You will analyze client specifications with the support of the Product Leader and take on the response: pricing schedule and drafting the sales pitch.
- Follow-up on projects, from identifying them to their qualification (validation of operational context) up until its negotiation.
With an Associate’s to Master’s degree, you have demonstrated success in B to B sales in a domain for at least five years. You have developed your experience in the domain of weak current ideally in the domain of electronic security. You wish to join a dynamic team and actively participate in expanding our business.
You are highly driven and will bring your motivation to a sales team looking for new talent. You wish to contribute towards the sales effort at the heart of a dynamic SME.
You have a concrete sense of business development, are well organized, rigorous, consistent and perseverant.
A natural listener who is knowledgeable in establishing favorable client relations, you are persistent and adopt quality communication with your different interlocutors.
A driver’s license is essential. Mastery of office tools is required. A working level of English is a plus and would be strongly appreciated.
This position is available immediately and is located at the Zone d’Activité de Courtabœuf (45 minutes from Paris center) to attend meetings and sales trainings. During the orientation phase the candidate should be present at our headquarters.
Contract: CDI variable + fixed remuneration (according to your profile), you will have a vehicle at your disposal.
